The first WorldSkills UK LIVE Online International Skills Summit will feature thought leaders from across the UK with an international discussion of the most pressing issues for the skills sector, and the wider UK economy. The programme will include interactive panel sessions and interviews with leading employers, politicians and international skills experts including:

The theme ‘Delivering global skills best practice to build back better’ will cover issues relating to the skills challenges and agendas of all four UK nations. Together we’ll explore how global standards of excellence can be mainstreamed in skills policy and practice across the UK to engage young people in high-quality apprenticeships and technical education and spearhead a skills-led economic recovery.
The three key understandings to take from the event:
