According to HSE statistics, falls from height represent an important proportion of fatal accidents and injuries in our industry. The Food Storage and Distribution Federation and the British Food Federation have teamed up together to provide evidence of Best Practice helping members to meet their legal obligations in this area. They are currently planning a dedicated event which will provide practical solutions to avoid or prevent falls from height on mobile refrigeration as well as reinforcing legal obligations and the consequences of accidents.
