Skills England has launched its Skills for Work Consultation, seeking views on how occupational standards, qualifications and apprenticeships can better meet the needs of employers, learners, local economies and future workforce growth.
As part of the consultation, employers, training providers and industry stakeholders are invited to share their perspectives on how the current system can be improved. This is an important opportunity for those working across the RACHP sector to highlight emerging skills needs, support the development of relevant qualifications, and advocate for new apprenticeship pathways.
Individuals working in RACHP are encouraged to review the consultation and submit their comments and recommendations directly through the consultation process.
The consultation closes on 16 October 2026.
