ACRIB members are conducting an industry-wide refrigerant handling skills questionnaire designed to provide information on the views of the RACHP industry towards refrigerant handling training, qualifications and skills. This is part of ACRIB's work to co-ordinate industry input to the future review of the GB F Gas Regulations. A report and summary of findings will be part of ACRIB discussions with policy makers on appropriate legislative approaches to future refrigerant handling, in order to support a safe, efficient, cost effective industry-led approach.

Individuals will be receiving the survey from 31st March which asks questions about current refrigerant handling certification practices for F-Gases and alternatives including Flammables, Carbon Dioxide and Ammonia.  The survey is being sent out through the membership of ACRIB organisations ARC, BESA, CCF, CIBSE, CRT, FEA, FETA, IOR.

The results will also be published on the ACRIB website in due course.
