Do you have up-to-date, relevant, deep and broad experience of working in one or more of the following disciplines - including practical and current knowledge of working practices, infrastructure, tools and technologies to support:

• Principles of thermodynamics
• Gas laws
• Psychrometrics
• Fluid flow
• Electricity
• Properties of refrigerant fluids and lubricants

The City & Guilds is looking for individuals who have the flexibility and means to travel across England and Wales assessing apprentices at various training centres - including observing a 2.5 day practical test and conducting a professional interview.

You must hold a qualification equivalent or above level 3 in a refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump topic, the F Gas Certification (Category 1) and be occupationally competent with current experience.  Ideally you would also have experience of working with quality assurance processes and complying with regulatory requirements as well asmarking and grading assessments.
